About Me
Originally born in Gadsden, Alabama, raised in Cave Spring, Georgia, and now settled in Nolensville, Tennessee, Cody has built a large network of friends, family, colleagues, and partnerships over the years. It's these relationships that led him down the journey of real estate. Cody’s initial career path launched him in the world of fitness and wellness. Attending Jacksonville State University for a B.S. in Exercise Science, and then tacking on a Masters in Exercise Science & Sport Psychology, he grew his career from personal training to become a Strength & Conditioning coach for D1 athletes at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Eventually, while obtaining his second Master’s Degree in Public Health (Health Behavior), Cody simultaneously launched his own mobile fitness company, HomeFit, which now has teams of fitness professionals in multiple states. As Cody’s business continued to grow, he realized that many of his clients were business and medical professionals who are constantly looking for ways to enhance the quality of life for themselves and their families. Over time, with all of his clients being homeowners, the desire to help in an expanded format led to Cody obtaining his real estate license. To this day, he can say it is an ultimate honor to serve clients with two of the most important areas of their lives - health and home. As a serial entrepreneur building various service companies, including owning a coffee shop, Cody understands both the emotion that comes with home transactions and the asset principles of clients’ properties. In working with Cody, you will find that his approach is deeper than simply being a real estate consultant.
